Role of Motor Science in Knowledge Transfer System

Teacher to students verbal knowledge transfer

Teacher to student verbal knowledge transfer is the traditional method of teaching. In this method, the teacher is the source of knowledge and the students are the recipients of transfer learning. The teacher lectures to the students, and the students listen and take notes. This method of teaching has been used for centuries, and it is still the most common method of teaching in many schools today.

Teacher to students verbal knowledge transfer running in education system

Schools are running on high motivation, hard instruction and massive workloads of the homework. Stop teaching in school system and homework will disappear from the classroom. Education is providing talking classrooms in the community, and period teaching system is the cause of bullying incidence in the schools.

Home is not a formal school and parents are not professional teachers to guide their children in problem solving activities. They are working parents for earning and living.

Knowledge not transferred to student’s brain

It’s bitter truth that education runs on high motivation, hard instruction, big dreams, virtual inspiration and the massive loads of homework. However, knowledge content is not transferred to student’s brain so that our children would write answers and solve the questions in the exams.

If you observe classroom situations in education system, you will find the teacher remains physically very active in performance. I mean the teacher is using the motor knowledge of topics, contents and definitions, so knowledge transfer goes to the teacher’s brain circuits.

We don’t need to sharpen the teacher’s brain in school system because they are already qualified in specific subjects.

Working potentials of student’s brain

In school system, we have to put focus on transfer learning and sharpen the working potentials of student’s brain. Teacher to student verbal knowledge transfer is running in education system. That’s not effective in transfer learning to student’s brain.

Period system of teaching

It is true that education system often requires a high level of motivation, dedication and hard work from the teachers. Obviously, system learnography involves the transfer of knowledge in the classroom and the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills in school system. One day one book school system is better for transfer learning, not the period system of educational teaching

These points are the limitations of traditional teaching methods, such as verbal knowledge transfer, is well taken in classroom situations.

It is also true that involving parents in the learning process of students can be challenging, especially if they are working parents who may not have the time or resources to provide additional support to their children at home.

However, it is important to note that the role of the teacher goes beyond simply transferring knowledge. A teacher becomes task moderator in the system learnography of knowledge transfer.

Teacher becomes moderator

A good moderator can also serve as a mentor, guide and role model for students. They can help students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, provide guidance and support for students who may be struggling, and create a positive and inclusive classroom learning transfer environment.

It is important to note that technology is not always the solution in knowledge transfer system. However, it is a tool of machine learnography that can be used to enhance and supplement transfer learning methods.

Inclusive learning environment

It is also important to find a balance between knowledge transfer system and new technologies in system learnography. Teachers are still important figures in school system to moderate, mentor and cultivate student’s potentials as well as to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for brainpage development.

Stop teaching in school system and homework will disappear from the classroom. Education is providing talking classrooms in the community, and period teaching system is the cause of bullying incidence in the schools.
